You may request an official copy of your transcript from the main office at READY by calling (217) 239.0322 or have requests sent to us by FAX at (217) 239.0339. If you are looking for a copy of your General Education Diploma or Transcript (GED), you must contact the Regional Office of Education 9 at (217) 893.3219 or visit their website and complete the Online Payment Transcript/Diploma Request Form at www.roe9.org.

An official transcript is a certified statement of your complete academic record at the READY Program, including coursework and grades. You may pick up your transcript, have it delivered by mail, or have it sent by fax or email to the school or company of your choice. You may also need to request a FINAL copy from your Home School.
