Students who exhibit negative behavior is a big challenge for all educators. In this professional development, we will go over a framework of behavior and how educators can respond to challenging behaviors that will support student growth and learning. We will discuss various strategies educators can implement to manage students behavior and ultimately teach replacement behaviors.

Trauma Informed Practices

In this professional development, educators will gain a better understanding of what childhood trauma looks like, potential causes, how it can portray itself in the classroom, and strategies to use when working with students who have experienced trauma. Educator self-care importance and implementation ideas will be discussed.
